Career Pathways Facilitator
Description
SPEAKHIRE’s Career Pathways Facilitator (CPF) will deliver our Discovering Leadership and Empowering Leadership Courses, which are 10 workshops each teaching a leadership skill to a group of up to 20 or 30 participants. They will support participants’ understanding of each session’s case study, facilitating small and large group discussions and activities. They will also be responsible for data collection and reporting.
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in a relevant area; completed degree in education or related with teaching experience preferred
Effective, professional, and warm communicator and highly organized and efficient
Proficient in using different technologies and platforms
Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group
Poise under pressure
Problem solving, flexibility, and optimistic approach to overcoming obstacles
Adoption and strong adherence to organizational values
Highly skilled at developing interpersonal relationships with individuals of different ages at various stages of their lives and having varying levels involvement with the organization
Self-reflective and highly empathetic towards others needs
Ability to work a flexible schedule
